1. Personal information we collect

• Account details: email address, password (stored encrypted)
• Baby details: name or nickname, date of birth, sex, and other information entered directly by a guardian
• Care records: feeding, sleep, diapers, activities, health (temperature, weight, height, etc.), notes, and other records you enter directly
• Voice input: when you record by voice, the audio is converted to text and then discarded immediately; the original audio is not stored on the Service's servers. During conversion, the speech-recognition feature provided by your device's OS or browser may temporarily process the audio.
• Family-sharing information: family members, permission settings (view, record, manage), and invite codes
• Community activity: posts, comments, votes, likes, and more
• Feedback: the content you send, along with automatically attached app version, device type (platform), and screen information
• Service-usage information: connecting device, app version, and other information needed to provide the Service

2. Why we collect and use personal information

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes.

• Providing the Service, such as identifying members and signing in
• Storing and viewing care records and providing statistics
• Sharing records among family members and managing permissions
• Providing AI reference comments based on the records you enter
• Responding to inquiries and feedback and improving the Service
• Meeting legal obligations

3. Sending data to third-party AI services and your consent

To provide reference comments and automatic voice classification, and only with your consent, some data is sent to and processed by OpenAI, a third-party AI service located overseas (in the United States). Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS).

• Data sent: ① Day-comparison comments — your baby's name (or nickname) and a summary of feeding, sleep, and diapers (times, counts, amounts). ② Automatic classification of voice records — text transcribed from speech when on-device classification is difficult. The original audio is never sent.
• Recipient: OpenAI (United States). Used only within the scope of the entrusted processing purpose.
• Your consent: the data above is sent only when you give separate consent in the app beforehand. Consent is optional, and you can still use other features without it. You can turn it on or off anytime under [Settings > AI reference features]; when off, no data is sent to AI from that point on.
• Community: to keep the community running smoothly, the content of posts you make public in the community may be used for AI processing.

Information provided by AI is for reference only and is not a medical diagnosis.

4. Retention and disposal

We dispose of personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved or when you close your account. Original audio is discarded immediately after conversion. If retention is required by applicable law, we store it securely for that period and then dispose of it.

5. Sharing with third parties and processing on our behalf

As a rule, the Service does not share your personal information externally. However, to keep the Service running reliably, we may entrust some tasks — such as cloud hosting and AI analysis — to outside providers, who are obligated to handle personal information securely. Exceptions apply where required by law.

6. Children's personal information

This Service is an app for guardians to record their baby's care. A baby's information is entered directly by a guardian; it is not a service that children under 14 register for or use on their own.

7. Your rights

You may at any time view, correct, or delete your personal information, or request that processing stop and that your account be closed. You can edit or delete records in the app; to delete your account and data (close your account), use the in-app feature or contact us at the address below.

8. Keeping your information secure

We take measures to protect personal information securely, including encrypted password storage, access-permission management, and encryption of data in transit (HTTPS).
