Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service and its users regarding use of aldagado (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means all features provided by aldagado, including care records, statistics, family sharing, AI reference comments, and the community.
• "User" means a member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Family" means a group of users linked through an invite code so they can view and create records together.

Article 3 (Effect and changes to the Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service's screens. The Service may change the Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce the effective date and content of any change in advance.

Article 4 (Accounts and registration)

Users must register with accurate information, and are responsible for managing their account and password. You may not steal others' information or use it without authorization.

Article 5 (Provision of the Service)

The Service provides features such as storing and viewing care records, statistics, family sharing, AI reference comments based on the records you enter, and the community. The Service's content may change for the purpose of improvement.

Article 6 (Users' obligations)

• Do not steal others' personal information or accounts.
• Comply with applicable law, these Terms, and notices.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

Article 7 (Family sharing and permissions)

Users may link family members through an invite code and grant them view, record, and manage permissions. Administrators should take due care in managing family members and the records that are shared.

Article 8 (Operating the community)

Users may publish posts, comments, votes, and the like in the community, but the following are prohibited.

• Abuse, defamation, discrimination, or hate speech
• Obscene or violent content
• Spreading false information or unverified medical claims
• Advertising, spam, or infringing others' rights

The Service may remove posts that violate the above without prior notice, or restrict use.

Article 9 (Rights to content)

Rights to the records and posts a user creates belong to that user. Users grant permission to use such content to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Service.

Article 10 (Disclaimer and medical notice)

The guidance, predictions, statistics, and AI comments the Service provides are reference information based on the records you enter, and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have concerns about your baby's health, always consult a professional. The Service is not responsible for damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or causes attributable to the user.

Article 11 (Changes and suspension of the Service)

The Service may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and in such cases will provide advance notice where possible.

Article 12 (Cancellation and account closure)

Users may request to close their account (delete their account) at any time. Upon closure, related data is disposed of in accordance with the Service's Privacy Policy, and information that must be retained by law is kept for that period.

Article 13 (Governing law and dispute resolution)

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes regarding use of the Service follow the procedures prescribed by applicable law.
