FAQ
Which schedule is this based on?
We calculate recommended timing based on a standard childhood immunization schedule. Actual timing and vaccine types may change depending on your baby's health, so always follow the guidance of your vaccination provider.
We missed a vaccination window. What should we do?
Most vaccines can be given as catch-up doses even a little past the recommended time. Don't blame yourself if the schedule has passed — contact a nearby pediatrician or health center to rebuild the remaining schedule.
Can I just follow this schedule table to vaccinate?
No. This tool is for reference to help you understand the schedule. Schedules and vaccines can change depending on your baby's health, whether they were premature, allergies, and more, so always consult medical staff.
Why is the flu shot given every year?
Flu vaccines need to be given anew each year to match the circulating virus, and can be given from 6 months of age. For first-time vaccination between 6 months and 9 years, two doses 4 weeks apart are recommended in the first year.
